Being over 70 it is now critical to ensure that overall health is a priority.

What we eat and drink daily will be large determining factor in overall fitness and health.

Training

Keep active at least 20 minutes per day!

Type of training

Walking is a good exercise, to start with. Make sure to get a check up if you have not exercised for a while, and are over 30 years old.

Other types of exercises that are very beneficial as we age are resistance exercises.

Weight training is in my option the fountain of youth!

You may prefer swimming or cycling all are great.

The most important thing to remember is keep the body moving.
