Herbs and Spices are useful for so many things, but you must remember that even all the right things in life, when misused, are not a good thing.

One should use herbs and spices in daily cooking of all types of dishes, not only do they enhance the flavor but they are so good for us as well.

Spices and herbs offer great health benefits, as most were previously and continue to be used in alternative medicine. From ginger to turmeric just to name a few.
