Workout Using Band resistance

♣ Choose to start off with an easier resistance band.

♣ As you become stronger increase to a harder resistance band.

 

To finish resistance band training goes well with dumbbells and barbell or weight training.

They are quite reasonably priced and I have picked up many very cheap at OP shops.
