These programs are for the trainee who has had at least a few years of solid resistance training or weight training under their belt, so to speak!
We will working one body part per day, about 6 or so exercises and 4 working sets, with an initial lighter set.
The weights will be gradually increased with each set performed and would normally be something along these lines:- first set x 12 reps, increase the weight drop to 10 reps and so on till last set one can manage just 6 good reps with the increased weight.
