Walking So Healthy
Walking has so many health benefits, especially walking in nature and early morning.
The mind, body and soul connection is the balance that we need to strive for in order to not only be healthy across the ‘board’ so to speak but to actually survive in these changing times.
If you are fortunate enough to be able to visit a park or some nature area near where you live then an early morning walk, along with some stretching or Yoga and deep breathing is so ideal.
This will really get your vibrations and frequency at higher levels, doing this is really invaluable and you will feel fantastic for the rest of the day.
Actually, an early morning walk on an empty stomach other than say some water with a squeeze of lime or lemon juice is probably the ‘way’ to go.Â
Should you feel compelled to eat first then of course do so.
How far should one walk? Well, the best way, if you are unfit or have not done any exercise for a long time is just slow and what ever feels comfortable.
Even just around the block to start off with is fine, and of course get your doctor’s okay first.
Personally, I have been walking about 4 to 5 kilometers most mornings lately, and as I am fortunate to a have a beautiful part close by that leads onto another that over looks the sea..
Well, I just firstly do some stretching as I look out into the beautiful ocean, then do at least 15 lots of deep breathing in through the nose and then out through the mouth, expanding that rib cage as much as possible.
Do this in the morning and then have a most wonderful and healthy breakfast I tell you, there is nothing better to start off your day and keep your energy levels high for the rest of the day.
Along with other forms of physical training, walking is really a great companion, see the Training pages on the site to get ideas, link below:-
