These two home workouts are using dumbbells and some bodyweight exercises.

Please make sure that if you have not exercised for some time that you have a medical check up to ensure that you will be okay to do so.

Warm up first for about 5 mins or so either a brisk walk or if you have a stationary bike or treadmill etc; then use them.

These exercises can be repeated for a few months interchangeable before heading to the next series of that I will post in due course.

Always great to exercise form home and as you can see from the photo below, I have accumulated a bit of equipment over time.
