We need to nurture, love and be gentle with our most precious gift, for without it our soul must find another!
Because this is exactly what happen with reincarnation, our physical vehicle is done and a new cycle of karma and learning of lessons begins.
Yet too often we neglect our bodies to such and extent that we are ill in all sorts of ways.
Thus we only partly live, yet we do have so much power and so much to live for!
So eat good wholesome foods and make sure that you do adequate exercise to keep the body strong and healthy.
