- Our Ego is the real problem, tries to convince us of separateness instead of oneness with all things.
- It all now about keeping our vibrations high and currently our planet is being bombarded with lots of high frequency rays that if one is vibrating at the acceptable level of frequency the DNA will actually be reconfigured during deep sleep in very positive and productive producing ways.
- We need to eat as much natural unprocessed food as possible, get out into nature and meditate daily, and exercise etc.
- During stress or feeling unwell do some slow deep breathing for at least a minute and you will feel so much better.
- Try to practice being in the NOW moment as much as you can each day and above all be compassionate, don’t judge anyone no matter what nor your self, just love love unconditionally and watch your life change before your very eyes.
