There is nothing better for you than to grow some fresh, organic foods, especially fruit and salad types that you can eat raw, this will ensure that all the nutrients and enzymes that they contain are immediately available to your body.

You don’t need to have a great large property, see I grow heaps in a courtyard situation, lots of pots and some raised beds, every day I am able to pick lots of fresh produce to eat, and my body screams in delight!

An Amazing Morning Breakfast!

Breakfast

So what do you have for breakfast? Do you have it, perhaps you do some sort of morning fast such as Intermittent Fasting! Well I do it sometimes but I love my breakfast so if I do Intermittent Fasting then I would not have the evening meal, perhaps finish eating by 3pm..

I normally have a rather large breakfast such as seen in  pic, 2  medium hard boiled eggs, rye sourdough bread, cheese and lots of fresh salad from my garden. Top that off with herbs and spices and a cup of for  me black coffee and I am done.

Sun Blessed

You don’t need any dehydrators the sun does it all for you, well if you are fortunate to live in my world! Anyway I dry fresh Turmeric, ginger, chilies, tomato’s and others so I have these available for cooking and so on all year round, anyone can do it, even grow things in pots if you don’t have space. So make time for your health and well-being this is the time now is the moment! Just do it!
