To go beyond physical fitness and training, requires a number of programming issues to be aware of!

So what are we talking about?

Well it’s recognizing that our ego plays a major role in sabotaging our efforts!

 Because we are so caught up in how we look, we often forget why we really exercise and so on!

Have you often asked yourself in honesty why do I do this!

Now don’t get me wrong I enjoy looking at the results achieved, however, these days I know the boundary between being egotistical and knowing that fitness, a healthy body, mind and soul go hand in hand.

Beyond physical fitness & training is to put to the ego to ‘bed’ so to speak.

Other issues to be aware of are, things like labeling, too fat, to skinny, etc., etc.,

Treat your self gently and treat others in the same way! We are all on some path both physically and spiritually. Don’t think you are better than others even if you work hard at it.

Perhaps once you have established a consistent daily exercise routine, you can incorporate this with good nutrition and meditation of some sort.

Meditation can be a walk in nature sitting and just letting go and focusing on the beauty around you and on your breath in and out.
